I water down my feelings to a pulsing strobe upon the ceiling in a shifty after hours bar
The cause and effect is that my livers getting wrecked but it's the healthiest I've been by far

I miss you Portland. I miss your easy ways. Your cold is cold your warm is warm, I carry you with me everyday

A port in the storm, all your lights stayed on and the people were mostly good
I ran out of reasons after sixteen full seasons and headed back to where I'm from
And I know for a fact "dont let the door hit you in the ass " is your motto
